Tenasol Platform

The Tenasol Platform is a user interface that connects to data sources, extracts data, and transforms to modern data formats autonomously.

Met with demand for a self-serve interface from our client base, this platform offers all of these features and more. The purpose of this blog is to walkthrough the major initial features of this platform as they stand today. Skip to the end for a video walkthrough of the entire system.

Login and Dashboard

Our platform features SSO and 2FA, granted by an initial user list from our clients. The platform is accessible from our website or directly at platform.tenasol.com.

The dashboard tallies files by extension/type, and connection source, as well as overall file and member counts by date. The full interface bay be toggled between dark and light mode, which are saved to the user for subsequent logins.

Projects and Connections

Projects are how data is aggregated. Projects contain data that is either uploaded directly to the project, or by a connection linked to the project.

Connections may be established with networks, EMR systems, and specified custom partners that are may be automatically or configured by Tenasol for your needs.

Healthcare Data Viewers

Tenasol offers interactive viewers for every common raw data format, including X12 EDI, HL7v2, HL7v3, FHIR, PDF, and more. By default, all data loaded into the system is converted to FHIR R4. Depending on client configuration, Tenasol can default a client configuration to other implementation guides such as USCDI or Da Vinci.

Many of our viewers come with interactive features such as our FHIR Viewer as well as our PDF viewer.

Aggregated Member Data, and Sol

Member data, including LLM-generated summaries, longitudinal FHIR bundle export, demographics, and source files are available in the member view. Data uploaded to Tenasol has indicated patients autonomously extracted from files, so this process does not require manual linking of patients from different records.

Sol, our internal data retrieval chatbot, uses containerized LLM technology coupled with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) tied to client-specific data for custom retrieval of data on individual members or multiple members. This may be used for querying data for the purposes of primary care, HEDIS, risk adjustment, prior authorization, or disability.
